SKIN CARE ROUTINE FOR OPTIMAL RESULTS

* this routine is most easily done while showering or using a facial steamer

Simplified Routine Option:

If you are a busy body like me you may not have time for the full routine. This is more so to maintain clear skin. The Full Routine is only needed to recover from breakouts and acne scaring.

The simplified routine consists of only using the Cleanser, then your Toner then your moisturizer. That's it, three easy steps. This can be done day and night in the same order.

Break Out Routine:

Now if for some reason you have a break out  you will need to follow the simplified routine in the morning. Then do the Full Night Time Routine before bed until the pimples go flat. Once the pimples are flat do the Full Morning Routine when you wake up and the Full Night Routine before bed until your skin is clear and even.

  Full Day Routine:

Apply Cleanser then use toner to remove any left over debris. Then steam or simply apply Exfoliant  while in the shower. Rinse exfoliant with warm water and pat dry your face with a paper towel or clean towel(do not over dry). Lastly, apply the liquid silk serum.

Full Night Routine:

Apply cleanser, then use your toner to remove any left over debris. Then steam or simply apply mask during a shower. Rinse Clay Mask with warm water and pat dry your face with a paper towel or clean towel (do not over dry). Lastly, apply the liquid silk serum or Face Balm. If you have Flaky dry skin I recommend steaming after applying Serum or Face balm. Then pat dry with paper towel.
