Returns

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there was a mistake made on our part (wrong product, quantity, etc.) please send us an email by filling out our contact us form . We will correct your order immediately and send the correct items at no additional cost. Please see shipping policy for information on lost or stolen packages and how to file a claim.

Cancellations

 If you would like to cancel your order, most orders can be canceled up to an hour after being placed. After that point you must complete the contact us form to cancel your order. After 24 hours your order can not be canceled.
